Established in 2021 by Tolga Acun, Fritzy UK Construction Refurbishment Limited was born from a conviction that clients deserve better — more transparent, more accountable, and more technically rigorous consultancy than the market was consistently delivering.
Based in London and operating across the full breadth of the United Kingdom, we work on projects of every scale and sector: from complex commercial developments in the capital to infrastructure schemes in the North, residential programmes in the Midlands, and regeneration projects across Scotland and Wales.
